We do not currently collect any personal information from users of KickTools. However, in the future, we may collect personal information for our upcoming dashboard feature and potential payment system for certain features. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
We utilize Gumroad as a third-party merchant account for selling tools, graphics, and widgets on KickTools. Gumroad may collect personal information from users during the checkout process. Users are not required to create a Gumroad account to make purchases, but they have the option to do so.
When users purchase tools, graphics, or widgets on KickTools, we collect data relevant to the tools, including license keys and Kick usernames. This information is used solely for the purpose of verifying purchases through the Gumroad API and connecting to the Kick.com API using the Kick username.
In the future, we may collect email addresses for mailing lists related to KickTools. Users who have purchased apps from KickTools via Gumroad may also receive emails through Gumroad's built-in mass mailing feature. Users will have the option to opt-in or opt-out of these mailing lists.
We do not share any personal information collected through KickTools with third parties.
