      Refunds will be provided for products that are defective or do not perform as described. Customers must report any issues promptly to be eligible for a refund. If KickTools is unable to resolve any technical issues to the customer's satisfaction, a refund may be issued upon request.

    • Misrepresentation:

      If the product description or features significantly differ from the actual functionality, customers may request a refund.

    • Unauthorized Charges:

      Any unauthorized charges made to the customer's account should be reported to their payment processor for resolution. Refunds for unauthorized charges will be subject to the policies and procedures of the payment processor used for the transaction.

  3. Exclusions from Refund:

    Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for purchases made due to a change of mind or if the customer no longer requires the product. Usage of Product: Once a customer has executed or accessed the software, tools, or widgets, refunds will generally not be granted. This includes cases where the customer has accessed the code or utilized the product in any manner.

  4. Refund Process:

    Customers must submit a refund request via support@kicktools.app. Our team will review the request and determine eligibility based on the outlined criteria. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the processing times of the credit card company or payment processor, including Stripe and PayPal.
