By using any of the tools or widgets provided by KickTools, you agree that your content creation platform's profile picture and name may be displayed on the KickTools website as a user of our services. This may include, but is not limited to, being featured on lists of top creators or testimonials. KickTools reserves the right to use your profile picture and name for promotional purposes related to our services.
If you do not wish to have your profile picture and name displayed on the KickTools website, you may request removal by contacting us at support@kicktools.com. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your request to be processed.
In no event shall KickTools, LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or products/services offered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvani, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
